Why Foster?

• It increases the dog’s chances of finding their forever home.
• Provides a safe space for dogs to decompress and build confidence.
• Helps dogs develop positive behaviors and learn basic manners
• Gives you the rewarding experience of making a direct impact on a dog’s life

How does it work?

• Get to know your pup! By spending time with your foster and getting to know their personality, you’ll be able to tell potential adopters more details about them to find their perfect fit.
• Promote your pup! Bring them to our adoption events, post online, take them out in public to increase visibility.
• Introduce your pup! If an approved adopter is interested in your foster, our adoption coordinator will connect you with them to schedule a meet-and-greet.
• Bring your pup to health checks! We take great care in maintaining the health of our dogs, and it is also a requirement for their health certificates that they get a vet check every other week at our adoption center.

We recognize that you have commitments outside of CPR, so we are flexible and will do
all we can to work with you.

We provide:

• All supplies such as food, crates, toys, and blankets
• All medical care, including biweekly vet checks
• A supportive community with a dedicated Foster Coordinator
